Ok so finally the end of my Europe trip. . .*sniff sniff* it's fun to reminisce but I wish I was back there.  It kinda feels like I never went, like it was all a dream.  Anyways. . .

London was not our favorite city but I don't think we gave London a fair chance.  This was the last stop of our trip and we were exhausted.  When we got there it was cold and rainy.  UGH!! This made it so difficult to get around.  They had a major blackout while we were there, so there entire subway system was down.  I bought us tickets to see Chicago and we almost missed it since we couldn't take the subway and every taxi was full but we were so lucky to track one down and made it 5 minutes before curtain call. . .talk about lucky!  Even though the weather sucked we didn't let it slow us down.  We went on a river cruise to check out the city, toured around the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, the House of Parliments, Buckingham Palace and went on the London Eye (looks like a huge ferris wheel).  Each site was amazing!  It was kinda cool to see the tombs of so many past Kings and Queens in Westminster Abbey. I wish I could live in Buckingham Palace, it was so beautiful.  I could definitely learn to live like royalty hee hee.  Oh my gosh we saw the Queen's Crown, Coronation dress and all these other jewels and silver and gold pieces.  Damn talk about bling bling!

Oh yeah for you Beatles fans, we went to see the Abbey Road studio where they recorded at.  We couldn't go inside but we did see some impersonators outside.  They were all dressed up and posed like they were walking across the street, like the picture you see on the Beatles album - Abbey Road.  Pretty cool!

The last two nights in London we splurged a little and stayed in a 4 star hotel.  It was nice to finally stay in a more spacious room, since most of our hotel rooms were on the smaller side.

Well that's it. . .no more Europe.  Now Eric is already talking about our next trip.  I think I caught the travelling bug, I can't wait to travel somewhere else!  All I need is money hee hee.

5th week of chiropractic school and it's not too bad. . .altho im still tired all the time. I have actually been a good girl and slowed down on the partying and hitting the books, damn I'm proud of myself. yeah right I still find ways to dilly-dally!  I made it through my first set of exams and I'm not the biggest dumby in class so I'm off to a good start hee hee.

Anyways moving on to my everlasting Europe trip. . .after Paris we went to Amsterdam for a couple days.  Very small place, we were able to walk across the entire city.  We went to Anne Frank's house, wow that was so interesting yet really sad.  If you go to Amsterdam you should definitely check it out.  Now when I get a free chance I wanna read her diary.  Eric lent me the book but I have no idea when I'll get a chance to read it.  We also went to the Van Gogh musuem. . .Eric's favorite artist, he was in heaven!  It was a bit strange to see Van Gogh's bedroom painting in Paris first and then again in Amsterdam. . .hmmm i guess some artists really do make duplicate copies.

Even though I don't like beer we had to check out the Heineken Museum.  It was cool to see the process but it was even better that we got free beers.  The beer wasn't that bad but it didn't turn me into a beer drinker, oh well, at least I tried.

What would Amsterdam be without the red-light district, "coffee shops," other stores selling drugs legally and the sex museum.  Wow when they say red-light they really meant it.  These ugly ass lookin chicks stand behind these glass doors, under a red light and try to lure guys into the back.  It was interesting to see but yuck!  The sex museum was funny but not all that exciting. . .there were all these paintings, photos, ancient pornographic statues. . .dude i didn't know they were freaky back then too haa haa.

Anyways I gotta catch some zzzzzzzzzzz. . .nite nite, I'll finally finish up my trip on my next entry.

So where did I leave off. . .hmmmm. After Barcelona we headed of to romantic Paris.  Wow, Paris was incredible! We took a river tour at sunset and in four days we saw the Effiel Tower, Notre Dame, Champ Elysee, Sacre-Coere, Louve, Musuee d'Orsay, La Defense. Arc de Triomphe, Catacombs and Versailles.  Geez we saw everything!

The Effiel Tower was awesome.  We walked half way up (geez it was alotta stairs but surprisingly not that bad) and took the elevator to the top to look out over Paris as the sunset.  We couldn't get enough of it so on another night Eric and I had a picnic on the lawn right in front of it and on the hour it sparkles with bright white strobe lights.  I felt like I was watching myself in a movie. I really couldn't believe that I was actually there and looking at it in person.

The architecture of the museums were unbelievable.  These were the biggest museums I have ever seen and filled with the most amazing art work.  I saw the Mona Lisa and surprisingly it's not as big as i thought it was.

We took a half day trip to Versailles, which a little outside of Paris and if you don't know it was the home for Louis XIV.  Huge is in understatement.  It was beautiful and the garden was breathtaking.  There is a pond that is so big it's practically a lake.

Well I can't go in to detail about everything we did in Paris but I can say, Paris is truly unforgettable.

Oh yeah they had yummy crepes and Eric loves their Chocolate and pastries!

Sorry my Europe trip is so dragged out but I'll finish it one of these days.  School has been keeping me pretty busy so I don't have much time to spare.  My life is all about school these days but I do have time to still have a little fun.

Eric and I took a weekend trip down to San Diego to celebrate his birthday.  On Friday, we went on a hike at the Torrey Pines State Park, watched Once Upon a Time in Mexico, ate at Parallel 33 (a fusion Asian restaurant) and had dessert at Eric's favorite place Extraordinary Desserts.  We finally got to sleep in a bit and then on Saturday we went to the zoo.  It was pretty cool since I haven't been there since I was a little kid.  Eric couldn't leave without one more dessert, so back to Extraordinary Desserts. Yummy!

I hope everyone is doing well! Take care! It's almost Friday!

well i made it through my first 2 days of school and not too bad so far.  it's a little overwhelming thinking of all the studying i have to do but other than that it feels like high school again (my school is on an old high school campus).  it's kinda weird to be in the same class wiith the same peeps all day long. . .i've been sorta trying to meet new peeps but i havent been totally in the mood. oh well i have the next 3 years to get to know them.  it's cool to see eric everyday now too!

anyways continuing my europe story. . .we headed off to barcelona and damn was it hot! i was wearing shorts and a tank top even at night time, UGH! we went to see an awesome church that's gonna take 200 years to finish.  it's huge and beautiful! we walked to the top and we could see all of barcelona, pretty cool!  then we went to look at a couple of buildings built by Gaudi, which were totally amazing. we went to port olympic and had a seafood dinner and we tried this baby pig. yummy!  the last night we were there we decided to just get a casual drink and i ended up piss drunk, so we went out to party afterwards.  they have these clubs lined up one after another, so if you dont like the song in one club you can head over to the other.  unfortunately tho the scene wasn't really "poppin" (as eric would say). oh well we had to check it out.  oh they have these tapas bars there. . .bascially its like eating many different types of appetizers.  dude they were awesome! yum yum!

well ill continue my story on another day. peace!

Hola. Bonjour. Hello. . .the world traveler has finally come home boooooooooooo!!! Well all I can say is "DAMN, travelling is tiresome but worth every stinkin' minute!" I don't even know where to start and how to really express how much fun I had. I can't give you all the details in one xanga entry, so I'll give ya a bit everyday.

Eric and I started out in Ibiza, Spain. . .dude what a way to start off our trip.  This would be the only time that we could relax a bit and party our asses off.  It was hella hot and the sun doesn't set till 9pm so it gave us plenty of time to explore many beaches.  Yes guys, the women do go topless (and no I didn't follow, altho PJ and Vince it wouldn't have been anything new for you hee hee). Anyways after seeing boobies once it really wasn't a big deal and they aren't super duper hot.  I did see this old ass chuby lady topless UGH!!!!  The beaches and the sunsets were beautiful and the parties. . .WOW! We went to a foam party the first night. Peeps don't show up until 2am and then it starts getting good. The DJ basically spun trance all night and then 6am hits and foam came pour down for about 45 minutes straight.  It was non-stop and crazy.  I think the foam almost came up to my chest.  The club was filled with foam (more like dish washing detergent foam) and then they spray everyone down with cold ass water and kick you out.  This was probably the best party I've ever been to.  Everyone should experience this at least once in their lifetime!  The next night we went to the largest club in the world.  This place was huge but no air conditioning, it was pretty much unbearable so we didn't stay till the early morning.  I would have never thought that they could fill the entire place but it was packed.  Well I can honestly say that Ibiza was fun but way over hyped.  It's not as crazy as i thought and the clubs were damn expensive, probably about $40-50.  Oh yeah and guys. . . not as many girls there. I would say in the club it was 65% guys.  I'm so glad I can actually say that I went to Ibiza.  It was worth it but I don't know if I would ever go back.

Anyways I'll fill you in on the Barcelona tomorrow or whenever I get a chance.

Unfortunately I start school tomorrow. . .booooooo! I can't believe I'm really going back to school now.  I'm excited but scared for some reason. . .I think I just feel rusty when it comes to sitting in lecture again, studying and ish like that.  Oh well we'll see how the first day goes.  Hopefully the commute to Whittier doesn't drive me insane.

Well hope you all are doing otay!!  Have a great week. . .at least it's a short week!

Laters!
